Hello friends and actifiters,
today was a really nice day with the family, tomorrow it's back to work and the many commitments of the working week but Sunday is the best day of the week and I need to recharge my batteries.
The Actifit report is for yesterday, I do almost 5000 steps but once again I can't get over this threshold but sooner or later I will make it!
