Today became a very active day for me. I slept in a little bit, which was nice. I did some dishes, then I went and played eighteen holes of disc golf, walking around three miles, great fall weather!
Then, came home, grab some food, after that, came the weight room, where did some leg work with pulse back squats and lunges. Then we also did a lot of back work with chinups, rear delt raises, and some weighted rows. Finished the workout with some leg pull-ins.
After all that, went and met some familyand did some walking to a restaurant.
