Today was a very busy day full of meetings all over campus, so there was lots of walking. Also, presenting in a couple of them had me pacing and walking around the rooms a lot.
Then, prepping some more things for the evening, followed by some much needed time with friends and winding down from a very busy two weeks.
The stretching throughout the day was really nice as well, the back seems to be loosening up a little bit, hopefully the planned exercise tomorrow will be good for the body.
