Today was not too bad, even with a decent amount of sitting. Mostly, it was walking around today. A good friend of mine's daughter got married. So, it was a lot of walking around helping with food, helping put away the chairs, it was a small venue and not a lot of cost in the wedding, so, it is good to help out.
Then I spent some time with the family and also did some cleaning around the house, especially in the kitchen. That was bad, so it was good to get it cleaned up.
