Today was another day of running around on campus, which caused a lot of walking, but that is a good thing.
I also had to work on my car a little bit and finish up with an oil change, not the most fun of things to do.
However, most of my activity came from being back in the weight room. Started with some benchpress, followed by close-grip bench press, then for good measure, let's throw in some floor press... there were also some different curls that were in the mix, I think i will be sore tomorrow.
