Today seemed like it would have been more activity. Walking around campus, to the welding shop, automotive to work on my car.
Then we out to lunch with a colleague, which included some more walking than normal, but it was a good time.
The weightroom was good but rough today. Lots of shoulders and back, pull ups, shoulder presses, rows, and even a curl for a good measure. We also started and closed with some jump rope exercises, which hurt the chest. I need to work on that cardio more...
