Well I got a personal trainer for myself just for a month though, they don't come cheap sigh
Started with basic stretches, then moved on to cardio and ground workouts. A good 15 minute break and I moved on to kettle bell training.
Post workout I had to go over to a friends place to celebrate her birthday did some shopping again today and i went back home in the evening. Did a good jog for about 35 minutes today so yaayy me!!!
