It was more or less an average day, except that I went for a run in the morning. I didn't take my phone with me, so it was pretty obvious that the watch alone didn't track accurate distances. Perhaps in the urban environment, GPS isn't as precise, and moreover, I was running in an area where I had never been before. According to the watch, I covered 4.6 km in 30 minutes, but based on the track's stated length and counting the laps, it was probably closer to 6 km.
Next time, I'll definitely bring my phone along.
The rest of the day was filled with work, followed by meeting my son. We had a pretty good burger and enjoyed a really great Czech beer (Rizmajer).
For relaxation in the evening, I just do some streaming; the watch shows I burned exactly 940 calories.
