Yesterday I had a lazy day, but to make it sound better, I let my body regenerate. 🤣 Well, not entirely, because half of the day was spent on housework. (That's got to be done too...)
Today, besides my usual daily walks, I did a one-hour weightlifting session with super sets, as usual, incorporating core exercises during rest periods. While this didn't increase my step count, I managed to tire myself out pretty well nonetheless, burning 940 calories by the end of the day.
