This is the talking book that Iโ€™m listening to at the moment. The author is a psychiatrist and has a calming Irish voice. I am impressed that he commits to meditate for 15 minutes every day and write a meditation diary ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ

My weekend with the family begins on Fridays during the school holidays. In the evening, I camp downstairs in the living room with the kids and they fall asleep listening to Yoga Nidra, which is usually a body scan and visualisation ๐Ÿ’ญ
