My Actifit Report Card: March 27 2022

To be fit and healthy, you need to be physically active. I had a great time cycling in my campus today. I do it regularly. I did 8.1km of cycling in total in just 24minutes, and I feel my fitness improves day by day.

Cycling is a healthy, low-impact exercise that can be enjoyed.
