It was back to knit hat weather this morning. Not only that, but the breeze combined with a street light giving an eerily shadow through a tree and onto the ground I was walking, made for an almost Halloween vibe. The shadow was almost gone when I got back, so that made it even more spooky.
The traffic was light this morning. I almost walked into a biker, not judging the distance of his headlamp. There was a dog walker and a couple other people out, but the cars were few.
The weather was perfect for keeping a good pace, but apparently I was still going to slow. I need to focus more and daydream less.
The 25 push-ups went well, but I struggled on the last one.
Third day in a row below 204. I hope I keep it there thru the weekend.
