Finally got my strength πͺ back I saw this Mike Tyson workout on YouTube it says he does around 500 push ups, sit ups and dips daily which I find interesting so I tried it Myself.
Been awhile since I trained in the morning π so I started with the Mike Tyson workout I manage to do this instead
70 push ups
70 sit ups
40 dips
I notice I get tired easily with dips that means my arms are not as strong as my chest gonna do this training daily and see the results.
Cats are a must haha π
