Hello to all my actifit friends, I that you all are all doing great with your family members or with your loved ones. and enjoying a lot with them.
this is my todays actifit report card of my todays acrifit steps its been hard for me to make 5k steps daily due to lockdown.
there are fews ways to boost your immunity during the lockdown I hope this will be help full to you-
1.yoga - practice yogasana, pranayama and meditaionbfor atleast 30 minutes every days.
healthy foods - add species like turmeric, cumin, coriander and garlic while cooking your food to increase tou immunity.
boost immunity with the help of of ayurvedic measures - take 1 spoon of chyavanprash very morning.
tea - take herbal tea twice instead of regular tea.
consult a doctor- if you don't feel good then go and look for a doctor and take his /her advice.
