My Actifit Report Card with Benefits of Short Running ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿพโ€โ™€๏ธ

Hi everyone! ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Today after our workout routine of 45 minutes, we started our preparation to the 5K running (It will be the next Saturday).

We should reach 3k monday (today), Tuesday, and Thursday trying to go down our personal score until the Saturday. In this day weโ€™ll run 5k.

But, why we should run 3k instead 5k?
Because in this way, we:

๐Ÿ”ธLearn to graduate our running intensity and our body will be more comfortable with the activity.

๐Ÿ”น We boost our aerobic capacity.

๐Ÿ”ธWe increase the speed and efficiency of our legs.

๐Ÿ”นWe improve the ability of our muscles to use oxygen.

โœจAnd one extra tip:
When we run after functional weight training, we help our body burn the fat we have store, because during weight we just use up all the glucose we have in reserve.
