Today is Friday! That’s mean is time to share good moments with family and friends!
Sometimes people say me: “You can’t eat pizza or hamburgers , because you usually eat healthily. You are a fitness woman and the girls like you mustn’t eat that”.
My response always is the same: “The girls like me, sometimes we eat “that” because we don’t eat it frequently and our body won’t collapse or won’t gain extra pounds for eat some slice of pizza or enjoy a juicy hamburger in specials moments like a party, birthday or a self gift”
Life is simple: if you respect the basic rules about how important is to take care your body EVERYDAY, sometimes you will can enjoy any type of food without the famous “guilty feelings” 😁🤭
