Be healthy is: eat well and be aware of what we eat.
I like to create my meals with many colors because Iβm mixing macro and micro nutrients, and get multiple benefits:
Detox my liver and have a healthy heart with green foods.
Reduce some type of cancer and delay aging, consuming yellow and orange foods.
Fight against the flu and inflammation, lower blood pressure and boost the brain thanks to the blue and purple food.
Strengthen our inmune system and fill our body with antioxidants, eating red foods.
White and brown foods are full of antibacterial and antiviral properties, and have an anti-inflammatory effect.
Donβt forget, our body is our vehicle and temple and we must to respect it and always take care of it.
