My Shoulders for Boulders Actifit Report Card: September 26 2024

Three hours.

That's how long it took me to finish my workout today.

Added another routine to the whole workout so in total the whole workout for the shoulders is 12 routines.

Then I finished with 5 routines for the biceps.

I used longer rest periods to not turned the workout into a cardio one.
