My Actifit Report Card: September 11 2023

Chest day

Was going to do this new chest routine I found on Instagram but I ended up doing my usual flat to incline bench routine. My new wall is 25 pounds each side of the bar. I'll give it another month and I'll try to increase it to 27 pounds each side.

After I included double hand dumbbell to hit the triceps, in the hopes of increasing my push strength. Also did three sets of inclined dumbbell press

Now my steps sticks because I basically tested most of today because I'm trying to catch up from my weekend tryst.
