Actifit App IOS V0.7.3 is Out!
We are happy to announce that our latest update to the Actifit iOS App is out.
Yesterday we received approval from applestore on our latest update to the app.
As part of this release, we included several bug fixes and enhancements to the user experience, which include:
Fix issue with yesterday option crash: Several users had reported issues while using the yesterday option to post. We have implemented a fix for this to avoid future crashes and make sure our users reports go through.
Add checkbox and error notification display: To make it clearer to our users on the status of their actions, notifications now show with clear green check/ red cross messages.
Adjust settings to allow manual single chain selection and add Blurt support: Since our latest integration with blurt, our users had to either select both steem/blurt or deselect both chains. We introduced support now within this new version to select individual chain option. Hive remains always selected as it is our code transacting chain. You could however decide whether you want to additionally post to steem, blurt, neither or both.
Add new notification settings and enable app notifications adjustments by type: Notifications on iOS version have been inactive for a long while. We fixed this issue, but also implemented granular control over notifications, similar to what is available right now on the android app, whereby users can decided to either completely enable/disable notifications, or enable specific types of notifications (general, or individual types by selecting the corresponding notification type, such as common, prize ticket, friendship...)
Fix issue with day chart data saving and loading: History day chart had issues saving and loading data due to version updates. We implemented a fix for this issue so as activity data is properly stored and displayed.
Send custom Fitbit ID to prevent abuse: We added extra security measures to prevent user abuse by tracking our own ID of the Fitbit users and ensuring no two users can rely on same Fitbit to use actifit and game the system.
Add Plogging to list of activities: Per user request, we added logging to the list of activities available when sending out the post.
Append User Rank Link + remove 100 upper bound display: On your main screen, your user rank now takes you over to your web user rank display to allow you visibility on the different components affecting your user rank. As our user rank is not capped at 100, we also removed the /100 display.
Fix crashlytics: Our prior setup for tracking crashes on the app had been outdated, so we implemented an update to be able to better track any future (hopefully none) crashes on the app.
We recommend all our iOS users to update the app to the latest version the soonest to benefit from all the new features and fixes.
