Podemos pasarnos toda la vida escudriñando sobre lo que Dios es en realidad, sin embargo, nunca encontraremos nada diferente a su verdadera esencia que es el amor.
Dios es amor y esa es su naturaleza única por la que un Dios completamente poderoso se regocija en compartir su esencia con los seres que ha creado, ya sean celestiales o naturales. Dios ama al hombre por encima de su condición pecadora.
La naturaleza del hombre es pecadora, pero la naturaleza de Dios es esencialmente amorosa. El apóstol Juan escribió:
7 Amados, amémonos unos a otros, porque el amor es de Dios. Todo el que ama ha nacido de Dios y conoce a Dios. 8 El que no ama no conoce a Dios, porque Dios es amor. 9 En esto se manifestó el amor de Dios para con nosotros: en que Dios envió a su Hijo unigénito al mundo, para que vivamos por él. (1 Juan 4:7-9).
El versículo 8 dice claramente que "Dios es amor" y este amor de Dios se manifestó hacia nosotros, en que Dios envió a su Hijo Jesucristo al mundo para que vivamos por medio de Él.
La crucifixión de Jesús es un signo muy grande del amor eterno de Dios por la humanidad. Dios no quiere que nadie perezca, sino que todos los hombres procedan al arrepentimiento.
A Dios le gusta compartir su amor con quienes quieren recibirlo. Quien recibe a Cristo recibe el amor de Dios y recibe la garantía de la vida eterna.
Recibir a Cristo en el corazón implica recibir el amor de Dios y el sello del Espíritu Santo, porque el amor de Dios se derrama en el corazón por medio del Espíritu Santo.
Cristo ya ha sido crucificado por ti y por mí, querido amigo. No hay otro sacrificio que sustituya a éste que Dios ha ofrecido al mundo, no hay otro en quien los hombres puedan salvarse, sino por Cristo Jesús, que es el don del amor de Dios para toda la humanidad.
Jesús ya no está en la cruz, hoy puede estar en el corazón de los que no lo han confesado como salvador.

What God is.
We can spend our whole lives scrutinizing about what God really is, however, we will never find anything different from his true essence which is love.
God is love and that is his unique nature by which a completely powerful God rejoices in sharing his essence with the beings he has created, be they celestial or natural. God loves man above his sinful condition.
Man's nature is sinful, but God's nature is essentially loving. The apostle John wrote:
7 Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God. Everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. 8 He who does not love does not know God, for God is love. 9 By this was manifested the love of God toward us, that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. (1 John 4:7-9).
Verse 8 clearly says that "God is love" and this love of God was shown toward us, in that God sent His Son Jesus Christ into the world that we might live through Him.
The crucifixion of Jesus is a very great sign of God's eternal love for mankind. God does not want anyone to perish but all men to come to repentance.
God enjoys sharing his love with those who want to receive it. Whoever receives Christ receives the love of God and receives the guarantee of eternal life.
Receiving Christ in the heart implies receiving the love of God and the seal of the Holy Spirit, because the love of God is poured into the heart through the Holy Spirit.
Christ has already been crucified for you and for me, dear friend. There is no other sacrifice to replace this one that God has offered to the world, there is no other in whom men can be saved, but through Christ Jesus, who is the gift of God's love for all mankind.
Jesus is no longer on the cross, today he can be in the hearts of those who have not confessed him as savior.
