This time I not only combined several fresh fruit ingredients, but there are several ingredients that make the taste of my smoothies more interesting to enjoy. Not only that, this time I made smothies with filling ingredients so that by drinking these smothies I also felt like I was eating a healthy snack so my stomach felt more full and I could also enjoy the fruit in these smothies, so I named these smothies with packages complete, 4 healthy 5 full..ha..ha. and to make these smoothies I need the ingredients which I will describe in the section below. let's look at the ingredients that I will show you all,
materials needed
1. 1 dragon fruit
2. 1 pack of 30 gram serial milk
3. 4 tablespoons oats
4. 1 glass of water
and I will make it in a fairly simple way, namely:
1. The first thing I did was put the oats into the blender first
2. Only then will I pour the cereal into the same blender
3. Then the next step is that I cut open the dragon fruit that I have and I take out all the flesh using a spoon so it's easy to remove it.
4. then I poured water into the blender
5. And after that I blended it several times so that all the ingredients were evenly soft
6. My smoothies are finished and I will store them in the refrigerator first so they taste much fresher. I deliberately didn't add ice cubes directly because I thought it would affect the taste and my smoothies would be very cold. And to get what we want definitely requires a process, right? and that is my process of enjoying my smoothies.
If you want sweet smoothies, you can add honey, milk, granulated sugar or other additional sweeteners. but in the recipe that I made, because the cereal contains milk and it is chocolate flavored, the sweet taste is already there from the cereal, then don't forget about dragon fruit which already has a natural sweet taste, especially as this fruit is perfectly ripe so the combination of these ingredients makes the taste The natural sweetness in smoothies is increased without adding any more granulated sugar. but it comes back to the tastes of each of our tongues.
