Make Mango Smoothies for Dinner

Hello everyone, how are you? I hope you are doing well. For the last few months, I have been on a program to reduce rice. Carbohydrates have a big impact on me because I often have difficulty waking up in the morning. I feel lazy to wake up in the morning, while I am required to work.

One of the things I do is replace dinner with smoothies. I did it two years ago. Where replacing breakfast with fruit juice. Well, this time I will do the same thing. Replacing dinner with juice or smoothies. This time, the drink I made was a mango smoothie. What are the ingredients I use?

Ingredients 1. 1 small mango 2. 1 ripe banana 3. a glass of milk

How to make 1. Peel the mango and banana. Then cut the mango and banana according to taste. 2. Prepare a blender and add all the ingredients, mango and banana. Don't forget to add milk. Blend all ingredients 3. Mango smoothies are ready to drink.

It is better to add yogurt to add flavor and reduce milk. Another thing I feel, in my daily life, I don't eat enough fruits. So, I need to eat fruits regularly. That's all I can tell you. See you in my next story.
