  1. Sulphonic 250ml
  2. SLS rice
  3. Soda ash 75grams
  4. Glycerin 125ml
  5. Sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP) 75grams
  6. Nitrosol 75grams
  7. Foam booster
  8. Fragrance 500ml
  9. Color preferably pink
  10. Texapon 125ml

Nitrosol is the base of the production, it determines the quantity of shampoo to be produced.

Texapon serves as a blender to combine all the chemicals together without separating.

Glycerin helps to make the shampoo mild on the hair.

Fragrance gives the shampoo it's scent

STPP is optional it helps to further increase the content.

This is the stage where the main production starts. Here you will use a bowl.that can contain more than the amount you want to produce. In this main bowl first chemical to add is Nitrosol at a slow rate while turning in one direction to avoid lumps.
At this point pour the diluted soda ash, SLS rice, Sulphonic slowly while turning in one direction.

After pouring the aforementioned chemicals the production starts to look like this, it starts to get thick as desired, the more you stir the more thick it becomes.
At this stage you finally add the foam booster, glycerin and color and continue stirring.
Note that before adding color dissolve it first in a small container then add slowly till you attain the desired color then stop to avoid adding too much.

After doing all these your production is ready but you have to wait for 24 hours for everything to settle before packaging.
