Mayo es un mes hermoso y productivo. Inician las lluvias, es el mes de las flores de las madres y hoy 1 de mayo es dia del trabajador.

Para celebrar este dia especial que coincide con el Power Up o encendido de la colmena. Un dia de brillar con mucho poder, para recibir insignias, crecer en la colmena, ayudar a otras abejas a lograr exitos.
Les confieso que antes de hoy, poco comprendía de que se trataba esta acción de la colmena.

En su momento leí varios post que lo explicaban, asi como varios videos, era un poco incomprensible para mi, aunque en varias oportunidades delegue colmena a mi misma, para crecer en poder de voto, porque sí, comprendo, que si invierto mis hive en la colmena me servirá para crecer y tener mayor capacidad de voto, que es lo que deseo para ayudar a muchas personas a lograr sus metas....
Aunque apenas yo sea una sardina en este océano....
Pero lo que me ha enganchado a hive es precisamente eso el apoyo para crecer.
La motivación para incentivar la producción de los post.
El valor del acompañiento, de quienes hacen vida y conoces en Hive, personas que nunca haz visto en persona y de pronto se hacen tus panas.

- El apoyo y delegación de colmena de @galenkp, Cuando participo, en su iniciativa, el tema compromiso de la semana, en la comunidad #theweekend. Alli se crea una gran tertulia de fin de semana que busca incentivar la comunicación, la participación, entre los que se animan a estar alli y es muy rico hablar con personas de diversos paises, darnos cuenta que tenemos mucho en común, es como reunirse con los amigos un viernes en la noche.Y cada lunes todos los que comentamos recibimos colmena..o la motivación del siguiente encuentro.
- Y asi mismo, he recibido delegación de Colmena de @nathaMars7, quien por Twitter y sus iniciativas, animan a invertir, dar el todo por Hive. Creando confianza en la blockcheing.

Aqui dejo el enlace,en este post comprendí los pasos a seguir para participar activamente en este encendido de colmena.
1. - **Tu reputación debe estar por encima de los 39 y por debajo de los 70.
2. - Tu poder de colmena total (antes del primero) debe ser más de 100 y menos de 8000.
3. - Debes encender al menos 10 Hive el 1 de mayo.
4. - Debes escribir una publicación sobre tu encendido el 1 de mayo con la etiqueta #HivePUD (internacional) o #HPUD (español).**
