I've been on this platform for a long time. I came since almost the launch of Steemit, although I migrated immediately to Hive from its beginnings. The creator of Steemit was never at the height of the project, it was already something that was visible to everyone.
Since that time I was already getting people on the platform. There are few tasks more rewarding, the success of the Hivers that I accompanied adds years of life to me. Hive is a different place from what society is used to. Decentralized has a high level of complexity. It is not because it is difficult or impossible, I learned without help. But the first steps scare even the bravest and most determined.
Hace mucho tiempo estoy en ésta plataforma. Vengo desde casi el lanzamiento de Steemit, aunque migre inmediatamente a Hive desde sus inicios. El creador de Steem nunca estuvo a la altura del proyecto, ya era algo que estaba a la vista de todos.
Desde ésa época ya metía gente en la plataforma. Hay pocas tareas más gratificantes, el éxito de los Hivers que acompañé me agrega años de vida. Hive es un lugar diferente a lo que la sociedad está acostumbrada. Lo descentralizado tiene un nivel de complejidad elevado. No es porque sea difícil o imposible, yo aprendí sin ayuda. Pero los primeros pasos asustan hasta a los más valientes y resueltos.

In terms of productivity, Hive is an enhancer unlike anything I know.
Sin un acompañamiento apropiado y casi constante se pierden demasiados usuarios en el camino. Algunos ni siquiera hacen su primer post. Cada cuenta que se crea y no prospera me genera una inmensa frustración. El éxito de los que se adaptan me llena de felicidad. Ver a tantos artistas entusiasmados crecer en la plataforma y fuera de ella. Esta es la mayor fortaleza de Hive, te sumerge en una dinámica creativa constante. Para tareas creativas es difícil enfocarse de manera estructurada. En Hive transformar una idea hasta llegar a un trabajo terminado son la rutina, una cosa normal. Creaciones con un principio y un final. En términos de productividad, Hive es un potenciador diferente a todo lo que conozco.

Lo complejo de la adaptación es que consume un tiempo considerable, videollamadas por discord y hasta manejo remoto para ultimar algunos detalles. Es un trabajo largo pero que disfruto y me tomo con seriedad. Intento no solo explicar el procedimiento para su primer post, sino el funcionamiento de la red, qué es una web3, pregunto qué tareas puede realizar y le aconsejo comunidades, explico el sistema de curación o “de donde sale el dinero de los votos”, de la importancia de tener hive power, los aliento a leer otros posts y dejar comentarios elaborados y demás. Busco que cada usuario termine con todas las herramientas para dar sus primeros pasos con la mayor libertad posible.

I want more people to enter our ecosystem, so I'm going to redouble my efforts and commitments. Not only in content creation but in promoting and mentoring new users.
