Someone's birthday is coming up and in support of his project - bringing the kids of Amancion Elementary School to Cebu Safari - I wish to help his dream come true.
@ybanezkim26 has always been supportive of my projects and so here I am to do the same. I have met these children during the start of this year when we organized a Christmas party at their school. I've came to witness how it was a challenged just to get to their school, their simple lunch meals, came to know that some of them barely have coins to bring to school and how teachers would share their food with the students who doesn't have something into eat, and their appreciation for the toys they received. Who would have thought that just a day of immersion with the kids would tug your heart and humble you in many ways. So here I am hoping to raise the funds to support @ybanezkim26's birthday wish. He has been committed with this goal since the start of the year and I to support him in seeing this through.
Apart from raising the funds, I will help him document the whole experience so we can share to you here on Hive the joy of which you will also be a part of through the donations you will also contribute heartily. We have always been transparent in these kind of events and so rest assured everything will be accounted for.
To be honest, I haven't been to Cebu Safari as well so this too will be my first time visiting the place and I can't wait to share this experience with the Amancion students. Perhaps, also have that expansive curiosity and wonder as we get to meet the animals! Kim has already shared the estimate budget on his blog and we still have a long way to go.
