After months of suffering from the scorching heat of the sun, we have finally reunited with the rain and the cold weather.

It started to rain here in the Philippines and it excites me most knowing that I will be able to enjoy the cold season.

What are the perks of the rainy season? If you were to ask me, am I a fan of the sunny days or the rainy days? It depends.

My partner is working currently in a motorcycle taxi company, given that, he gets to pick up customers and drop them off wherever they need to be.

Doing such work during sunny days is also quite a challenge because you will really need to endure the heat of the sun, but oftentimes, he just works during afternoon or in the evening so that there would be not much heat of the sun.

And when it rains, he brings two separate rain coats for him and for his passenger, but let us all admit, it is rare that passengers book motorcycle taxis when it is raining, therefore it is quite difficult to drive around also when the roads are wet and slippery.

Although in his company, they offer a lot of services not just picking up and dropping off customers, but also, they deliver goods from business owners send those to the customer and vice versa.

When it comes to working, the rain really ain’t that convenient. Right? Going to work getting soaked by the rain, we do not have our own car yet we only have a motorcycle so when it rains, it would really be a struggle.

But when we are just at home, doing nothing, no work at all, then, my perspectives change. That is when I will love the rain and enjoy it so much.

The best things to do when you are at home and it starts to rain are two things: binge-watch your favorite Netflix show and eat your favorite comfort foods.

Yesterday, it rained and I was so happy that it happened when we were just at home chilling and doing nothing.

I then opened my phone and binge-watch my favorite movie show, 911 I watch it via the application named Loklok. 911 is a movie show which portrays the emergencies Los Angeles Fire Department encounters and how they handle it.

If you are looking for the perfect show to binge-watch, you might want to consider adding 911 in your bucket list.

Since we got hungry, I decided to order some pizza. Good thing they deliver within our area and they deliver for free.

It is a Hawaiian Pizza 11 inches, quickmelt for ₱175.00. I gave ₱200.00 and gave the change to the delivery man. At first he did not accepted it because they offer free delivery but it was just a small amount for the hardwork he does.

Deliverymen are really our modern day heroes these days. They go an extra mile to deliver things we need as we wait in the comfort of our homes. Full respect to them indeed.

We enjoyed our pizza while watching 911 and enjoying the cold weather. We did not turn off our air-conditioned. It really felt like winter season.
