well, belgian beer is most of times, something for getting any experience, because they don´t care about german clearity rules how you should brew your beer, at least it is a good thing, ginger maybe wouldn´t be my favorite for taste when drinking beer, for me it`s like chocolate with chili or something like that, but whatever you think about it, it´s worth a try
