Hola a todos, espero que su semana esté terminando de maravilla. Hoy paso por aquí para contarles de mi cita el día de hoy. Comienzo diciendo que fué todo un caos coordinar esta cita pero finalmente se dió y aquí estoy hablandoles un poco sobre ella. Resulta que @lunaticanto está en Medellín y al ver sus historias en Instagram le escribí para saber cuando se iba y así pudiéramos coordinar una salida juntas. Finalmente después de unas dos semanas pudimos vernos.
Hello everyone, I hope your week is ending beautifully. Today I am stopping by to tell you about my appointment today. I start by saying that it was quite a chaos to coordinate this date but finally it happened and here I am telling you a little bit about it. It turns out that @lunaticanto is in Medellín and when I saw her Instagram stories I wrote her to know when she was leaving so we could coordinate an outing together. Finally after about two weeks we were able to meet up.
El plan inicial era disfrutar del evento Medellín Gourmet, en este evento varios restaurantes ofrecen un menú completo para dos personas a buen precio. Sin embargo, al cuadrar después de varias conversaciones nos decidimos por un brunch y este para mi fué la mejor opción. Yo decidí el lugar y creo que fue una buena elección para sorprenderla a ella. Es que si tú eres quien decide el lugar, quieres hacerlo bien y a mi parecer el restaurante mundo verde nunca falla.
The initial plan was to enjoy the Medellin Gourmet event, in this event several restaurants offer a full menu for two people at a good price. However, after several conversations we decided on a brunch and this was the best option for me. I decided the place and I think it was a good choice to surprise her. If you are the one who decides the place, you want to do it right and in my opinion the restaurant Mundo Verde never fails.
Seguidamente les puedo decir que este lugar es tan increíble porque es fresco y muy natural, ves ramas y plantas por todos lados. El restaurante mundo verde ubicado en el centro comercial Oviedo, es un lugar donde puedes llevar una buena conversación con comida deliciosa y eso era lo que estábamos buscando. Además sin duda alguna, ambas necesitábamos un café y estábamos muriendo de hambre. Así que para mi fué un plan perfecto.
Next I can tell you that this place is so amazing because it is fresh and very natural, you see branches and plants everywhere. The green world restaurant located in the Oviedo shopping center, is a place where you can have a good conversation with delicious food and that was what we were looking for. Besides, without a doubt, we both needed a coffee and we were starving. So for me it was a perfect plan.
Lo cómico de la cita es que ambas ordenamos el mismo plato y la misma bebida. Después de ver la carta nos decidimos por unas tostadas de masa madre con huevos pochados cubiertos con tocineta, champiñones y salsa holandesa. De tomar ambas pedimos un capuchino con leche de almendras leche deslactosada. Definitivamente, escogimos muy bien. Todo estaba delicioso, lucia muy bien y tenía una bonita presentación y ni hablar de las tazas de café que eran tan preciosas.
The funny thing about the date is that we both ordered the same dish and the same drink. After looking at the menu we decided on sourdough toast with poached eggs topped with bacon, mushrooms and hollandaise sauce. To drink both we ordered a cappuccino with almond milk and lactose-free milk. We definitely made a good choice. Everything was delicious, looked great and had a nice presentation and not to mention the coffee cups were so beautiful.
Al salir del brunch, después de una larga conversación sobre nuestras vidas, nos fuimos a dar un paseo por los centros comerciales. Hicimos recorrido en el Oviedo y en el Santa Fe. Ambas términamos haciendo alguna compra lo cual fue bastante cómico porque no era parte del plan. Sin embargo, todo esto hizo nuestra mañana increíble. Debo decir que es la primera vez que la veo a ella y me pareció una increíble persona. Literalmente hablamos como si nos conociéramos de toda la vida.
After brunch, after a long conversation about our lives, we went for a walk around the malls. We toured the Oviedo and the Santa Fe. We both ended up doing some shopping which was quite comical because it was not part of the plan. However, it all made our morning amazing. I have to say, this is the first time I've seen her and I found her to be an amazing person. We literally talked as if we had known each other our whole lives.

I loved this date and I loved meeting you @lunaticanto I really hope these plans will be repeated as you will be around for several more days.
