I have recently visited the doctor about a breast that I am experiencing too much discomfort, The pain is incredibly strong so I tolerated it for a week and when I had money I went to the doctor which happened this week.
I have been having discomfort in my left breast and in particular I am very alert with these things because I know how delicate it can be, so I organized myself, consulted prices and went to the doctor, first I had a breast ultrasound which cost $15 with a radiologist in my city that I trust very much, there the radiologist determined that I have a cyst in the upper quadrant of still moderate size, having my sonogram ready a friend helped me get a consultation at an outpatient clinic in my city where there are specialists.
First I attended with general medicine and from there they referred me to the gynecologist, basically the only treatment they gave me was 1000 g vitamin E, according to which it will make the cyst dilute little by little, so I am looking for this medicine because It is not so easy to place that amount of grams, he told me that I should repeat my ultrasound in 3 months. Personally, I don't like going to public entities because I think the care is not good because I have had bad experiences in the past, so I will do my treatment for a month and then repeat my study.

Hola hola mi bonita comunidad felíz jueves 😊 espero que todos estén muy bien, he estado algo ausente debido a motivos de salud porque no me he sentido muy bien los últimos días y he aprovechado también para solucionar mis temas médicos los cuales me atormentan siempre... Recientemente he visitado al médico por temas de un seno que estoy presentando demasiada molestia el dolor es increíblemente fuerte así que lo tolere por una semana y cuabdo dispuse de dinero asistí al médico lo cual sucedió esta semana.
He estado presentando una molestia en mi seno izquierdo y en lo particular soy muy alerta con esas cosas porque se lo delicado que puede resultar así que me organice consulte precios y fui al medico, primero me hice un ecograma mamario el cual tuvo un costo de 15$ con un radiologo de mi ciudad que le tengo mucha confianza, ahí el radiologo determinó que tengo un quiste en el cuadrante superior de tamaño moderado aun, al tener mi ecograma listo una amiga me ayudo a conseguir una consulta en un ambulatorio de mi ciudad donde hay especialistas.
Primeramente asistí con medicina general y de ahí me remitieron con la ginecóloga, básicamente lo único que me colocaron de tratamiento fue vitamina E de 1000 gr según eso hará que el quiste se diluya poco a poco, así que estoy en busca de esta medicina porque no es tan fácil ubicar en esa cantidad de gramos, me dijo que debo repetir mi ecograma dentro de 3 meses. En lo particular no me gusta asistir a entidades públicas porque pienso que la atención no es buena porque he tenido malas experiencias en el pasado así que haré mi tratamiento por un mes y luego repetire mi estudio.
He buscado mucha información en Internet porque mi dolor es muy intenso y he encontrado que muchos té naturales serán de mucha ayuda al igual que ciertos alimentos, por mi parte estaré cumpliendo estos consejos y si sabes de algo que pueda ser de ayuda estaré agradecida, un enorme abrazo para tí.
