Hoy tenÃa que entregar este pedido que me pareció realmente hermoso y delicado para una mamá que estaba de cumpleaños. Amo tener pedidos tan lindos como este y pues tenÃa bastantes dÃas sin tener un pedido. La verdad es que sin lugar a dudas la torta favorita de mis clientes es la torta de vainilla rellena con arequipe. Luego de rellenarla comencé con el merengue italiano y pinte la mayorÃa en rosado y dejé un poco blanco para pintar de verde. Fui preparando la torta y el resultado fue hermoso y como pueden ver es una torta que pesa un poco más de dos kilos. Te gustó esta torta?

Today I had to deliver this order that I thought was really beautiful and delicate for a mother who was celebrating her birthday. I love having such pretty orders like this and I hadn't had an order for quite a few days. The truth is that without a doubt my clients' favorite cake is the vanilla cake filled with arequipe. After filling it I started with the Italian meringue and painted most of it pink and left a little white to paint it green.
