After practically a month of vacation today I finally resumed my international cooking classes and you have no idea how much I was looking forward to this day. Although it's always good to have a break, it's not really that much fun when I was the only one at home on vacation, I used to get bored in the afternoons so I wanted to go back to class soon to see my classmates and of course, learn more about this beautiful world of gastronomy.
When I returned, I found the news that from my previous group only 6 classmates will continue with me, practically most of them are new so the news was a combination of nostalgia and joy, because although there are new people, new classmates or friends and I can learn from them, I feel that I had already created a bond and I had taken a certain affection to the previous people.
The class did not last that long and usually the first week is always like that, the classes are short and are more of theory, however, in this short time gave us a chance to catch up, see some changes that had been made to our kitchen faculty, as they fixed the lockers, added new utensils to the kitchen, among other things and although there are still some details missing, we hope that soon they will fix them.
I loved seeing my classmates and sharing a little snack time with them, talking about how our vacation went and more. It was certainly a nice afternoon. Now we just have to wait to see how the classes continue and what this new module brings with it. Without further ado, here are some pictures from today. I hope you had a great day, a hug ❤️

Después de prácticamente un mes de vacaciones hoy por fin retomé mis clases de cocina internacional y es que no tienen idea lo que esperaba con ansias porque este día llegara. Aunque siempre es bueno tener un descanso, realmente no es tan divertido cuando era la única en casa estando de vacaciones, solía aburrirme bastante por las tardes así que bueno, quería volver pronto a clases para ver a mis compañeros y por supuesto, aprender más de este hermoso mundo de la gastronomía.
Al regresar, me encontré con la noticia de que de mi anterior grupo solo 6 compañeros continuarán conmigo, prácticamente la mayoría son nuevos por lo que la noticia fue una combinación entre nostalgia y alegría, ya que aunque hay personas nuevas, nuevos compañeros o amistades y puedo aprender de ellos, siento que ya había creado un vinculo y les había tomado cierto cariño a las personas anteriores.
La clase no duró tanto y es que por lo general la primera semana siempre es así, las clases son cortas y son más de teoría, sin embargo, en este corto tiempo nos dio chance de ponernos al día, ver algunos cambios que le habían hecho a nuestra facultad de cocina, como que arreglaron los casilleros, agregaron nuevos utensilios a la cocina, entre otras cosas y aunque aún faltan algunos detalles, esperamos que pronto los arreglen.
Me encantó ver a mis compañeras y compartir un rato con ellas de una pequeña merienda, hablar de como fueron nuestras vacaciones y más. Sin duda fue una linda tarde. Ahora solo queda esperar a ver como continúan las clases y que trae este nuevo modulo consigo. Sin más, por aquí les comparto algunas fotos de hoy.
