First off, lemme explain to you the word "budol" from our bisaya lingo. LOL.
So technically, we use the word "budol" when we buy something we're not supposed to, but because of our obsession and seeing how cute it would be, and how we would probably regret if we don't buy it now, we instantly buy them without any second thoughts. Usually we buy them bulk. And we buy them on a financial crisis moment. š
So moving on, me and my boyfriend had a date last Saturday, August 10th, PHT at Gaisano Mall of Davao (here in Davao City we call it G-Mall. You know why. Obviously.) and we were just walking around the establishment, wasting our little time. Then he suddenly said that we would go inside Watsons and waste our time there doing some window shopping only.
Watsons here in the Philippines is a popular drugstore, but its not as grand like Ulta in the US. It offers a variety of stuff from makeups to hair care products, to medicines, first aid stuff and etc.
So as a girly, I went straight to the makeup section. And you know me, I always take time to pick the right product so that I won't feel any regrets when I'm spending money on shit that I both don't and do need.
And here are the items that I bought:
First off: The Eyebrow Razor
Since my old razor was getting rusty, I went to find the most cheapest eyebrow razor on the store. And here I found Ever Bilena's Eyebrow Razor. It only costs Php50 or $0.87 USD. I tried to find other razors but they were a bit expensive, like a dollar more expensive. Hey, I'm cheap. So what. The cheap razor still works wonders.
Second: Makeup Setting Spray
This setting spray is the same brand as the eyebrow razor I've mentioned above. It's from Ever Bilena, and I bought this out of impulse. I was questioning myself, "Do I need it? Or do I not?" Alas, the devil won and I bought it. I mean...I do need it, though. It'll help my makeup stay longer when I'm at work. And besides, IT'S CHEAP! LOL š (reasonsssss....)
Third: Multivitamins
My boyfriend and I were now at the medicine section and I asked him which vitamins should I buy and he told me to buy Stresstabs to help my anemic and stressed out ass at work. And so I did. It's a bummer that it only has 8 capsules in them.
Fourth: Blush-Ons
This, I needed this one. I have a blush-on makeup at home but it was kinda old and the color wasn't giving any āØoomphāØ no more. Ya get me? So I searched and compared blush-ons from other brands, finding the cutest shade to match my skintone, and also finding the cheapest one that I can actually afford. So I saw this brand Careline which is also under Ever Bilena comestics, (E.B. girl right here), and saw these cute looking blushies that costs cheap. And when I find something cheap, straight it goes to my basket. I won't be specifying what type of blush-ons I got here cause I'll be introducing them on another blog with swatches. So stay tuned. š (tangina, kala mo kung sinong importanteng blogger twoh. hahahaha)
Last but not the least: Castor Oil
This shit, I clearly do not need this shit. This is budol right here. š But since it costs cheap, I instantly bought it even if I'm not 100% sure if it would work. HAHA. Currently, I use this for my brows and lashes. Hopefully it would grow thicker and longer. (crosses fingers viciously)
Price Breakdown
Razor - Php150
Setting Spray - Php250
Stresstabs - Php140 (not entirely sure. I already threw the receipt away. š)
Blush-Ons - Php150 each
Castor Oil - Php99
Total in Philippine Peso: Php789
Total in US Dollars: Php13.78 USD
The funny thing is, my boyfriend was asking if I'm done shopping yet since he wants to go home already (pfft...men), so I said, no, obvi. And when I asked him if he was done, he said he was and the only stuff he bought was two sachets of anti-dandruff shampoo that costs only Php45 or $0.79 USD each. Oh, he also bought 1 packet of condoms. šš iykyk.
