It is the first time I join this community and I thought it was a good idea to make myself known in it by making a post dedicated to 10 facts about me that define a little bit my current lifestyle.
Hola querida comunidad 👋🏻. Espero todos tengan un feliz fin de semana cargado de buena energía y gratos momentos. Es la primera vez que me uno a esta comunidad y me ha parecido buena idea darme a conocer en la misma realizando un post dedicado a 10 datos sobre mí que definen un poco mi estilo de vida actualmente.
The idea to make this post came from instagram, I was watching some friends' stories and one of them was following a trending topic which was about: 10 random facts about you. I thought it was an interesting idea and I didn't hesitate to follow the trending topic, not only on instagram but also on this platform, but this time detailing a little more about my personal tastes.
La idea de realizar esta publicación surgió desde instagram, estaba viendo las historias de unos amigos y uno de ellos estaba siguiendo un tema en tendencia el cual trataba sobre: 10 datos random de ti. Me pareció una idea interesante y no dude en seguir el trending, no sólo en instagram sino que tambien se me ocurrio hacerlo por esta plataforma, pero esta vez detallando un poco más sobre mis gustos personales.

1. I like Van Gogh's paintings 🌻
I don't know how or when exactly my taste for Van Gogh was born, I just know that one day I was obsessed with his paintings 😄. I like his way of seeing life, nature and how he expressed it through his brushstrokes; the warmth of his works and the humility of the spaces and characters he used as inspiration give him an extra touch for me.
He was a person who felt with such intensity that he came to be labeled as crazy and the sad thing is that in life he never succeeded and therefore had to live in misery; but at least he was a person who was authentic about his feelings and there are very few of those left these days.
1. Me gustan las pinturas de Van Gogh 🌻
No se cómo ni cuando exactamente nacio mi gusto por Van Gogh, sólo sé que un día estaba obsesionada con sus pinturas 😄. Me gusta su forma de ver la vida, la naturaleza y como la expresó a través de sus pinceladas; la calidez de sus obras y la humildad de los espacios y personajes que usó de inspiración le dan un toque extra para mí.
Era una persona que sentía con tal intensidad que llegó a ser catalogado como loco y lo triste de todo es que en vida nunca llegó a tener éxito y por ende le tocó vivir en la miseria; pero al menos fue una persona autentica respecto a sus sentimientos y de esas quedan muy poco en estos días.
2. I love roasted tomato
I have a chef boyfriend and since we've been together I've tried a number of dishes made by him to please and expand my palate. Of course all the meals he has prepared for me have pleased me, but there is one thing in particular that has become my favorite: the roasted tomato!
I could always accompany it to my daily meals, that peculiar flavor is one of my favorites and I love every time my boyfriend makes its preparation, that smell it gives off since it is cooking in the oven makes my day start in a good way. So: Long live the roasted tomato.
2. Amo el tomate rostizado
Tengo un novio chef y desde que estamos juntos he probado un buen número de platos realizados por él para complacer y expandir mi paladar. Por supuesto que todas las comidas que me ha preparado me han gustado, pero hay una cosa en especial que se ha vuelto mi favorita: ¡El tomate rostizado!
Podría acompañarlo siempre a mis comidas diarias, ese sabor tan peculiar es de mis favoritos y amo cada vez que mi novio realiza su preparación, ese olor que desprende desde que se esta cocinando en el horno hace que mi día empiece de buena manera. Así que: Larga vida al tomate rostizado
3. I like to wear red lipstick 💄
I can miss anything in my makeup routine but never a good lipstick and among the shades, red is and always will be my color, because it's all about attitude and what better attitude than knowing how to wear a good red lips 💄😎

Me puede faltar cualquier cosa en mi rutina de maquillaje pero nunca un buen labial y de entre los tonos, el rojo es y siempre será mi color, porque todo es cuestión de actitud y que mejor actitud que saber llevar unos buenos labios color rojo 💄😎
4. I love period-romance movies.
If there is a genre of movies that usually could not fail me are those of period mixed with romance, I will always be available to see a good movie of these. Maybe it's because of all the background involved, as they tend to be movies or even series that I prefer to watch unaccompanied and when I want to take some space to dedicate time to myself, this is one of my favorite plans.
Imagining what it would be like to live love in the midst of those times where courtship had a great protagonism is a balm. Among all my favorite, is and I think it will always be Pride and Prejudice, highlighting that Mr. Darcy will always be my ideal fictional character, my frustrated love 🙈 mine and that of many girls in the world hehe.
4. Amo las películas de época-romance
Si hay algún género de películas que por lo general no podría fallarme son las de época mezclada con romance, siempre voy a estar disponible para ver una buena película de estas. Quizás es por todo el trasfondo que implica, ya que suelen ser películas o incluso series que prefiero verlas sin compañia y cuando deseo tomar un espacio para dedicarme tiempo a mí, este es uno de mis planes favoritos.
Imaginarme como sería vivir el amor en medio de esos tiempos donde el cortejo tenía un gran protagonismo es un balsamo. De entre todas mi favorita, es y creo que será por siempre Orgullo y Prejuicio, resaltando que el Señor Darcy siempre será mi personaje ficticio ideal, mi amor frustrado 🙈 el mío y el de muchas chicas en el mundo jeje.
5. Obsession with airplanes
The first time I got on a plane was when I was 28 years old, that is, last year and I had the opportunity to live the experience 4 times so I kept the taste 😂. Actually I feel it's about what it meant to me the first time I got on a plane, it was a mix of emotions, not only for the adrenaline of trying something new and over the heights but that represented the achievement of one of my dreams, that is, to know a country in Europe so there was a lot of feeling involved; and now every time I'm on a social network like for example instagram, the algorithm already knows that I like planes and I always get related videos. I love them!!!
5. Obsesión con los aviones
La primera vez que me subí a un avión fue a mis 28 años de edad, es decir, el año pasado y tuve la oportunidad de vivir la experiencia 4 veces así que me quedó el gusto 😂. En realidad siento que se trata de lo que significó para mí la primera vez que me monte en un avión, era una mezcla de emociones, no sólo por la adrenalina de probar algo nuevo y sobre las alturas sino que eso representaba el logro de uno de mis sueños, es decir, conocer un país de Europa así que había mucho sentimiento de por medio; y ahora cada vez que estoy en una red social como por ejemplo instagram, el algoritmo ya sabe que me gustan los aviones y siempre me aparecen videos relacionados. Me encantan!!!
6. My dream to know Paris 🌠.

Since I was little I've had this dream, I think it was born since I discovered a book in the library of my aunt's house with pictures of "the city of love" and when I saw everything so glamorous I was fascinated and since then I dream every day to have the opportunity to visit it. And I promise that I will fulfill it...

Desde que era pequeña he tenido ese sueño, creo que nacio desde que descubrí un libro en la biblioteca de la casa de mi tía con fotografías de "la ciudad del amor" y cuando vi todo aquello tan glamuroso quede fascinada y desde entonces sueño cada día con tener la oportunidad de visitarla. Y prometo que lo cumpliré...
7. I like to listen to soundtracks
It's something that always relaxes me and helps me to concentrate a little more when I'm doing something like reading. As I mentioned before, I like movies and period series and what I usually do afterwards is to look for the soundtrack to add it to my favorites list on spotify... It is part of the list of things I usually do with myself, disconnect to listen to good music and with a good reading of course.
7. Me gusta escuchar soundtrack
Es algo que siempre me relaja y me ayuda a concentrarme un poco más al momento de realizar alguna actividad como por ejemplo la lectura. Como mencione anteriormente, me gustan las películas y series de época y lo que suelo hacer después es buscar el soundtrack de las mismas para añadirla a mi lista de favoritos en spotify... Forma parte de la lista de cosas que suelo hacer conmigo misma, desconectarme a escuchar de buena música y con una buena lectura por supuesto.
8. Pinterest is my favorite social network.
Pinterest is inspirational for me, if I have a stressful day it's enough to browse the pinterest platform for a while and my cortisol level goes down a lot. I've always said that I'm a very graphic person and I love looking at images, it's like a half weird hobby hehe 🙈 and Pinterest's algorithm already knows what to show me.

9. I like to learn languages
To be more specific, the main languages on my list are English and French, I always take some time to learn a new word or expression every day (in both languages) and I do it with pleasure because it is part of my favorite hobbies. Of course, I'm more fluent in English because I've always had more relationship and influence with it, but I also like French quite a lot and if I intend to fulfill my dream of knowing Paris it's obvious that I have to know how to defend myself when communicating 😁.
9. Me gusta aprender idiomas
Para ser más específica, los idiomas principales de mi lista son el inglés y el francés, siempre saco un espacio de tiempo para aprender alguna palabra o expresión nueva cada día (de ambos idiomas) y lo hago con todo el gusto porque es parte de mis pasatiempos favoritos. Por supuesto, domino más el inglés porque desde siempre he tenido más relación e influencia con él, pero el francés tambien me gusta bastante y si pretendo cumplir mi sueño de conocer París es obvio que tengo que saber defenderme al comunicarme 😁.
10. I love to watch Cosmos, Daria and The Simpsons.
Actually there is a long list of shows that I like, but there are a few that are my top 3 at the moment. Cosmos has always appealed to me and I never get tired of watching it, I think that at some point we all want to know at least a little bit of where we come from and where we are going, the universe is very big and Cosmos meets my expectations to at least have a little idea. On the other hand, the simpsons are a classic, I think most of the population likes them and I am no exception. And lastly, Daria, maybe its audience is smaller and I'm one of those that, when it comes to cartoons, I will always put Daria on my list 😊 as a way to honor my childhood forever.
10. Amo ver Cosmos, Daria y Los Simpson
En realidad la lista es larga de los programas que me gustan, pero hay unos que para el momento actual son mis top 3. Cosmos siempre me ha gustado y no me canso de consumir su contenido, pienso que todos en algún punto nos llama la atención de saber al menos un poco de donde venimos y hacia donde vamos, el universo es muy grande y Cosmos cumple mis expectativas para al menos tener una pequeña idea. Por otro lado, los simpson son un clásico, creo que le gusta a la mayoría de la población y yo no soy la excepción. Y por último, Daria, quizás su publico es más pequeño y yo soy una de esas que, en lo que de caricatura se trata, siempre voy a poner en mi lista a Daria 😊 como una forma de honrar por siempre a mi infancia.
