En esta ocasión voy a hablar un poco del poder del lenguaje para inspirar y motivar a las personas, el lenguaje es el medio de comunicación que tenemos para hablar con las personas que tenemos en el hogar, el trabajo y todo el entorno en la cual nos desenvolvemos, la forma como nos expresamos puede esto motivar o desmotivar a otros,causando malestar y angustia es una determinada situación en la cual la persona buscan en nosotros su apoyo.

We develop, the way we express ourselves can motivate or demotivate others, causing discomfort and anguish. It is a certain situation in which the person looks to us for support.
Cabe destacar que como docente al llegar a la escuela, tenemos que tratar de dejar los problemas que tengamos en casa, a la hora de hablar con nuestro estudiantes, imagínense ustedes si tengo un mal día y comienzo a hablar con un lenguaje de maltrato hacia los estudiantes, entonces tendremos un ambiente desagradable en el aula, lo ideal es ser educado con nuestros estudiantes y tratarlos con cariño y respeto, porque ellos no son culpables de nuestros problema.

Asimismo tenemos que dar el ejemplo en la forma como vamos a comunicarnos con los estudiantes, padres, representantes y colegas que están en nuestro entorno educativo, ya que como maestros somos fuentes de inspiración para todos esos niños y jóvenes que pasan por nuestras manos como educadores. Una palabra que etiquete a un estudiante lo puede marcar de por vida, por eso debemos tener mucho cuidado de cómo decir las cosas para comunicarnos con los estudiantes y no herir o dañarlos más adelante.

Una experiencia reciente con mi hijo en su escuela, cuando algunos de sus compañeros de clase empezaron a jugar futbol dentro del salón. La maestra les llamó la atención y en vista de esta situación les comunico que les iba a quitar el recreo. Después de esto mi hijo me informo lo sucedido y me manifestó que no quería ir a clases por este motivo. Después de esto mi hijo se ha desmotivado por ir a clases, entonces como maestros debemos de buscar otra opción que no sea quitar el recreo a los estudiantes para evitar la desmotivación.
A recent experience with my son at his school, when some of his classmates started playing soccer in the classroom. After this, my son informed me what happened and told me that he did not want to go to class for this reason. After this, my son has become unmotivated to go to class, so as teachers we must look for another option other than taking away recess for students to avoid demotivation.
Por otro lado en otros ambientes como el deportivo, en el caso de mi hija que inició la práctica de voleibol con un grupo de jóvenes y dos entrenadores, resulta que le tocó un entrenador que se burlaba de las jovenes que no hacía el ejercicio bien y les hablaba de forma descortés, iniciaron con más de sesenta jóvenes y después quedaron alrededor de veinte. Esto se debe al lenguaje utilizado por el entrenador, debe comunicar de forma adecuada sin ofender a los estudiantes y corrigiendo las fallas que tienen al hacer el trabajo en la cancha.
