Why is it that our plans for hangouts or outings with our families and friends often fail to materialize? Why is the unexpected trip always the one that comes true? Come with me, and I will tell you about the unexpected trip that I experienced. And show you a beautiful cold spring place where it meets the sea.

Here is the story of my unexpected trip, which turned out to be one of the most memorable of this year! It was Saturday morning when my cousin thought, Why not go on the trip? I thought it was a joke at first, but then she called our other cousins, and then the next time I knew I was waiting for a bus for us to go to Tabogon. Yes, Tabogon is so far in the north that it takes almost 3 hours to ride from Danao to Tabogon.
While we were riding the bus, I thought, Why is the unplanned trip always the one that comes true? And then I come up with my answer: for me, it's because if we plan the trip ahead of time, most likely few people will back out or change their plans along the way. But not all planned trips are like that; it depends on your friends, family, and their circumstances.
So after we arrived at our destination, which is the Banyan Spring Resort, it’s a cold spring where it meets the sea. But before we could enter the resort, we paid the entrance fee and the environmental fee. After that, there are these long stairs you have to walk to so that you can see the cold spring.
And the place was so beautiful, and the water was so crystal green that you could really see the stones at the bottom.
After we appreciate the view, we head to our cottage that is near the sea, so we put our things and our foods and we tour the whole place in closeup, and it was more beautiful, but there were so many people, so I suggest going there on weekdays so that it feels like it was exclusive for you. After we looked around, it was time to eat. I couldn’t take pictures of the food because we were so hungry that we forgot. After that, we change our clothes so that we can swim to the spring.
There are three levels in the spring: the first, which is 7 feet, the second, which is 5 feet, and the last, where the cold spring meets the sea. When you look at the first level, it's not that deep, but when you jump into it, it's so deep that your feet can't reach it.
I would not recommend you to the first level if you don’t know how to swim. The second level, my cousins and I are just on the second floor because it's just the floor where we can reach its bottom. I would recommend this to those whose height is 4-5 feet.
Last is the third level; honestly, it's deep, especially if the sea is high tide, but if it's not, you can reach it like the second level and in this level you can see some fish and you can feed them too. And the spring is so cold even if you go to the last level.
If your done swimming and you want to change and get washed, they have a CR, are clean, and have so many rooms. We swim for like 3 hours till we can't take the cold anymore, and then its time to go home. After we changed and washed, we headed to the highway to wait for a bus to go home.
Throughout the ride on our way back home, we slept all the way. We were exhausted, but we had a great time and had some great experiences. In the middle of the ride, I woke up, and it crossed my mind that spontaneous trips are the ones that are most likely to become a reality. So go and make an unexpected trip with your friends and families so that your drawing outings will become reality even if they are just near your house or to the nearest sea in your place.
