The “Buddha Hand Cave” in Keelung, Taiwan.

We went to Buddha Hand Cave with my family. The cave is supposed to have an image of a very large hand pushed in the wall, but we didn’t find it.

The picture below is of a plaque with an image of the hand.

The image in the upper right is what it should look like. However, it was a very impressive series of cave tunnels.

The tunnels aren’t as narrow as the Fairy Cave which i posted yesterday, but there also aren’t any carvings except one.

This is the only carving and i have no idea what it is. It almost looks like something from an Indiana Jones move. There is almost a perfect square with a handle spot. Part of me wanted to put my hand in and try, the other half had a fat off giant spiders. So i didn’t.

An impressive and very wet cave. Very beautiful in its own, natural way.

I’m assuming the “hand” was in this area beyond a cave in. But there was no information in it.

It was still a fun place.
