El día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes la comunidad de Succulent Growers a cargo de @nikv, una maravillosa visita por el jardín de lotería 5ta excelencia nacional de mi país, seguidamente les mostraré muchas variedades de cactaceas y flores en general como (Astrophytum, Mammillaria, Coryphantha, Echinocactus Grussoni, Aloes, Colademononis, Copiapoa, entre muchas otras. Este es mi segundo post por aquí y espero sea del agrado de todos. Excelente inicio de Semana !!🌵

Today I want to share with you the community of Succulent Growers in charge of @nikv, a wonderful visit to the lottery garden 5th national excellence of my country, then I will show you many varieties of cacti and flowers in general (Astrophytum, Mammillaria, Coryphantha, Echinocactus Grussoni, Aloes, Colademonononis, Copiapoa, among many others. Para iniciar, quisiera decirle que adore la colección de plantas de los colegas Raúl y Claudio, muchas especies diferentes a las que presento en mi jardín, entablamos conversaciones sobre todo del cuidado de los cactus y sustrato. Me regalaron un tiempo de su día y pude lograr que me vendieron algunas nuevas para mi vivero que les mostraré en otras publicaciones. 👏🤩
To begin with, I would like to tell you that I love the plant collection of my colleagues Raul and Claudio, many different species than the ones I have in my garden, we had conversations about the care of the cactus and substrate. They gave me some time out of their day and I was able to get them to sell me some new ones for my nursery that I will show you in other posts. 👏🤩
De las fotos que pude ir tomando del patio, porque la verdad eran más de 3000 especies y no iba a tener espacio en el móvil para tanta belleza.
Está la representación del nombrado "Colademononis" que nos muestra un muy parecer a como lo dice su ID (Cola de Mono🙈).. según nos contó su color de flor es roja y la presenta en época de primavera. También se ven algunos ejemplares de Mammillaria Plumosa que si más no recuerdo su flor es amarilla 🤔.

La Euphorbia Láctea Cristata Blanca captó mucho mi atención 🫣, lastima no tenía ninguna en venta, ni en reproducción. Según me mencionaba son un poco complicadas de lograr. Esta especie no se si la poseen amigos de la comunidad @monster-one , @nikv, @tonyz, @ewkaw ????
The Euphorbia Láctea Cristata White really caught my attention 🫣, too bad I didn't have any for sale, nor in reproduction. As mentioned to me they are a bit complicated to achieve. I don't know if this species is owned by friends of the community @monster-one , @nikv, @tonyz, @ewkaw ????
Aloe 'Quicksilver' está variedad si pude obtener 2 para mi jardín 👏, súper contento con la compra, les mostraré más adelante el desarrollo de las mismas. Bueno para hablarles de ellas, son híbridos de colores muy paliados en sus hojas, de fácil cuidado y ideal para interiores del hogar. Costo fue cerca de 3 dólares, en mi país 600 cup en moneda nacional.
Aloe 'Quicksilver' this variety if I could get 2 for my garden 👏, super happy with the purchase, I will show you later the development of them. Well to tell you about them, they are hybrids with very pale colors in their leaves, easy care and ideal for home interiors. Cost was about 3 dollars, in my country 600 cup in national currency.
Esta Mammillaria le tome fotografías pero no me se su nombre científico. Las flores son bellas, de colores blancas con el centro rosado. Amantes del grupo si alguien sabe su identidad que me lo dejé en los comentarios 🙏🏻 @monster-one , @nikv, @tonyz, @ewkaw ??

Una pequeña muestra de Stenocactus que poseen los cultivadores del vivero. Ya de esta especie tengo 3 en mi jardín 🪴, pero me quede con varias semillas que me regalaron los dueños.

La segunda parte de la colección es la que más me gusto. Pues están los nombrados "Astrophytum" cerca de 500 plantas de esta variedad habían, solo les tome imágenes a las que más me causaron impresión a la vista y por supuesto las que estaban florecidas.

Melocactus Matanzanus es el más pequeño de la especie. Endémico de mi país 🇨🇺 de la zona occidental en las lomas de Matanzas, es esférico y alcanza un tamaño de 7-9 cm de altura y un diámetro de entre 8 y 9 cm. Sus flores y frutos son rosa. Son muy bonitos para tener presente en cualquier hogar.
Melocactus Harlowii es de la foto tomada el más grande. Endémica también de mi país, y es de las más raras en vida silvestre con espinas bien largas. Son de mucho sol, poca agua, viven en las lomas del Oriente de cuba 🇨🇺, con grutos largos rojos y flor rosa.
Estas dos variedades antes para echar su fruto y flor primero deben tener el cefalio ya afuera, que no es más que el algodón que sobresale en la parte superior.

Ortegocactus macdougallii de esta especie no se nada tampoco porque no poseo ninguna, pero me capto mucho la atención, así que pronto trataré de tener algunos en mi jardín. Según me dijeron los dueños son difíciles de mantener en sus propias raíces, que mayormente son injertadas; pero si pueden estar en tierra. Su riego es moderado y abundante sol.
Ortegocactus macdougallii of this species I know nothing either because I do not own any, but it caught my attention, so soon I will try to have some in my garden. Echinocactus Grusonii está especie es la más me gusta por su forma de globo gigante, y excelentes curvas bien definidas. Es conocido en mi país como cojín de suegra 😁😁 ya sabrán por que ?
En mi jardín se ven espectaculares tengo dos amarillos y dos blancos ya medianos. Poco a poco iré mostrando en la comunidad. Son casi de obligatorio en una colección por su fama y tamaño, su floración demora muchos pues depende de la cantidad de costillas para empezar a hacer su primera flor, demora años.

To culminate this journey through the art of plants, I will leave a few words that the growers themselves told me: "This is a collective work. Este vivero se encuentra ubicado a pocos kilómetros de la ciudad de la Habana, en el municipio del Cotorro, en el barrio la Lotería, en la calle 52 #7138, entre las 91 y 71, y si vas a pedir indicaciones, este sitio es mejor conocido por las personas que viven cerca como el vivero internacional.

This nursery is located a few kilometers from the city of Havana, in the municipality of Cotorro, in the neighborhood of La Lotería, on 52nd Street #7138, between 91st and 71st, and if you are going to ask for directions, this place is better known by the people who live nearby as the international nursery.
