Baptism can be done in different river not in a particular or specific river or location, it as to do with the people's location

John don't only baptize in river Jordan a according to the scripture
John 3:23 And John also was baptizing in Aenon near to Salim, because there was much water there: and they came, and were baptized.
So it is not biblical to only baptize in river Jordan alone.
For someone who can't afford the expenses to travel to be baptized in river Jordan how will such person be baptized, considering the fact that baptizing is a step towards salvation.
1 Peter 3:20-21
21 Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water.
21 The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ:
So if we say to be saved is to be baptized in river Jordan the poor will be deprive from salvation.
Mark 10:39 And they said unto him, We can. And Jesus said unto them, Ye shall indeed drink of the cup that I drink of; and with the baptism that I am baptized withal shall ye be baptized:
The above scripture is referring to the way and manner of salvation baptism regardless of the place.
