Today I wanted to share some of the easiest and fastest producing veg to grow for those starting gardening and keen to see some quick results.I particularly love things can be enjoyed all the year round, these beautiful radish only take four weeks to grow from seed to being picked! I think that is amazing and I never get bored of eating them. They are super nutritious too so I am more than happy to crunch on them like candy every time I am passing them!

There are always new arrivals and new additions. I love that constant flow of all things green and tasty! Bok Choi is another super fast growing cabbage amazing in stir fries! Spinach is also a great beginners plant and the leaves can start to be picked when still quite small.

Baby moringa trees grow fast and start producing edible leaves, flowers and beans in just a few months.

I found a use for this broken pot. This is watercress grown from seed. I read it was better to keep it separate from other plants so this seemed ideal.

These guys are so alien looking. I love all their different looks of praying mantis too. This one seems to be wearing some elaborate headdress. They are wonderfully weird creatures!
