nowadays in every home due to facilities and modern age trends every family is running kitchen at pipeline gas or cylinder gas and other hand food is being cooked in pressure cookers and metal or iron parts which are spreading cancer and multiple diseases and at the other hand the food cooked in these metal parts has no taste as compared to the food cooked in the mud pot.
today I am introducing you are old and ancient technique which is still followed in our country Pakistan as well as in most of the Asian countries at village level but we still use this ancient technique even we are living in a city in Pakistan the way which I am introducing is cooking mutton in a mud pot at Bone fire.
