Good day beautiful and handsome hivians of the crossculture community. I am here to share my perspective concerning the health and wellness of my country Nigeria, and i must say it is very sad to say it is zero the government is the number one issue we are having and there is nothing anyone can do about it due to they're in power, and we are just mere citizens.
Before, I continue this is my first post in this community, also consider it an introductory post and also i noticed my entry is coming in late please pardon me for that i sincerely apologize for the late entry been busy work stuff,I will try my best to always respond with immediate effect from now on, as i will proceed now.
The country were i am right now are careless about it's citizens, Even in health care that is totally zero, the government are not even interested in pouring money into the system, so that sick ones who are unable to treat themselves can benefit from it. and i can't remember the last time the government gave free healthcare. I have personally by myself been treating myself from sickness.
Health facility are limited, I can tell you that health case in my country can't be managed because there is not enough health facility. Something happened just last week, And it happened to a person who works in same company as i do, And he was shot on the leg by some criminals who also hijacked he's car. An expensive car, Even, our security welfare is not secured enough, Why am also telling this it is because he was rushed to the hospital.
Guess what happened, He was rejected by 3 hospitals, someone who is at the point of death and that is bleeding excessively. How could they reject him, It was later LUTH who was interested in he's health accepted him and most of us from Nigeria knows LUTH very well.
That was how he would have died because of loss of blood, Why will a hospital reject a dying person that doesn't speak well. I will stop here for now there's nothing much to be said anymore my country doesn't contribute to the health of it's citizens. But, I am hoping that things might change for the better and they will realize we are their responsibility when it comes to health.
Well, I will say they're trying but some other people are still trying to play smart. What do i mean smart, It is said by the government we all are to do general cleaning which is called sanitation but most people play smart by not doing theirs but the one's who obey tend to clean the environment were they live or the shop were they sell. Some other people have a bin can they put their dirty and wait for the government workers who are called by the name PSP the citizens are trying when it comes to that and i give them kudos.
I personally my trash is always places in a safe place and i make dispose of my trash every weekend, I don't let it stay till the PSP guys come around i go to the site to make dispose by myself. That alone makes me a proper and clean citizen. So, I must say the citizens of Nigeria are really playing a good role when it comes to keeping their personal environment healthy for living.
Well this is clear, there is a believe that we should always go for check up in every three months time. In my home we believe that shutting the windows and cottons while we sleep reduces mosquitos from fisting on us and giving us a sickness called malaria. And i personally believe that eating fruits or taking fruit juice in the morning and having exercise helps your health.
My Culture strongly believes that putting the environment in order will also assist in giving us a good health and wellness. This is all i can deliver to us and i hope as we read I was able to drop some points which could be helpful to some of us reading.

El paรญs en el que estoy ahora es descuidado con sus ciudadanos, incluso en la atenciรณn mรฉdica que es totalmente nula, el gobierno ni siquiera estรก interesado en invertir dinero en el sistema, para que los enfermos que no pueden tratarse a sรญ mismos puedan beneficiarse. y no puedo recordar la รบltima vez que el gobierno dio atenciรณn mรฉdica gratuita. Yo personalmente me he estado tratando de la enfermedad.
Las instalaciones de salud son limitadas, puedo decirles que el caso de salud en mi paรญs no se puede manejar porque no hay suficientes instalaciones de salud. Algo sucediรณ la semana pasada, y le sucediรณ a una persona que trabaja en la misma empresa que yo, y unos delincuentes le dispararon en la pierna y tambiรฉn secuestraron su automรณvil. Un automรณvil caro, incluso, nuestro bienestar de seguridad no estรก lo suficientemente asegurado, ยฟpor quรฉ tambiรฉn digo esto porque lo llevaron de urgencia al hospital?
Adivinen que pasรณ, fue rechazado por 3 hospitales, alguien que estรก al borde de la muerte y que estรก sangrando en exceso. ยฟCรณmo pudieron rechazarlo? Fue mรกs tarde LUTH quien se interesรณ por su salud y lo aceptรณ y la mayorรญa de nosotros en Nigeria conocemos muy bien a LUTH.
Asรญ habrรญa muerto por pรฉrdida de sangre, ยฟPor quรฉ un hospital rechazarรก a un moribundo que no habla bien? Me detendrรฉ aquรญ por ahora, ya no hay mucho que decir, mi paรญs no contribuye a la salud de sus ciudadanos. Pero espero que las cosas cambien para mejor y se den cuenta de que somos su responsabilidad en lo que respecta a la salud.
Bueno, dirรฉ que lo estรกn intentando, pero algunas otras personas todavรญa estรกn tratando de jugar inteligentemente. ยฟQuรฉ quiero decir inteligente? El gobierno dice que todos debemos hacer una limpieza general que se llama *** saneamiento ***, pero la mayorรญa de las personas juegan de manera inteligente al no hacer la suya, pero los que obedecen tienden a limpiar el medio ambiente. vivir o la tienda donde venden. Algunas otras personas tienen un contenedor, pueden poner su suciedad y esperar a los trabajadores del gobierno que se llaman por el nombre *** PSP ***, los ciudadanos estรกn intentando cuando se trata de eso y los felicito.
Personalmente, mi basura siempre se coloca en un lugar seguro y me deshago de mi basura todos los fines de semana, no dejo que se quede hasta que los chicos de PSP vengan, voy al sitio para desecharla yo mismo. . Solo eso me convierte en un ciudadano correcto y limpio. Entonces, debo decir que los ciudadanos de Nigeria realmente estรกn jugando un buen papel cuando se trata de mantener su entorno personal saludable para vivir.
Bueno, esto estรก claro, existe la creencia de que siempre debemos ir a un chequeo cada tres meses. En mi casa creemos que cerrar las ventanas y poner algodones mientras dormimos reduce que los mosquitos se nos metan en los puรฑos y nos den una enfermedad llamada malaria. Y personalmente creo que comer frutas o tomar jugo de frutas por la maรฑana y hacer ejercicio ayuda a tu salud.
My Culture cree firmemente que poner el medio ambiente en orden tambiรฉn ayudarรก a brindarnos una buena salud y bienestar. Esto es todo lo que puedo entregarnos y espero que mientras leemos haya podido mencionar algunos puntos que podrรญan ser รบtiles para algunos de los que leemos.
