Crispy and Delicious Potato Bonda Recipe

Have a good day dear friends. Are you okay? Today, all my loved ones were in the house, so I thought of preparing a delicious meal for them. So what I am going to prepare today. I thought of preparing this at home today. We usually eat from the shop. However, by preparing it at home, it can be prepared cleanly and without any artificial chemicals. This is often an Indian dish. But we Sri Lankans especially love this dish. It is paired with tea or coffee. So let's find out how to prepare it

Materials Used.

A little chopped onion.
3 chopped green chilli pods.
2 large whisks
A few finely chopped curry leaves.

Coconut oil 300ml.
2 Boiled mashed potatoes.
2 Tablespoon of Corn flour.
Salt to taste.
Some Water.
1/2 Teaspoon of baking soda.
1/2 Teaspoon of Mustard seed.
1/2 Teaspoon of suduru seed.
1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
Chickpea flour 100g.

The cooking process as follows.

Let's first take a mortar and pestle and add chopped onions, chillies and garlic to it and grind it like pieces.

Now take a pot and put it on the stove and add 2 table spoons of coconut oil. After the oil is well heated add mustard seed, suduru seed to it . Add dry chillies and let them fry.

Next, we add the mixture made with mortar and pestle and fry it by mixing well. Add curry leaves, turmeric and salt to it and mix well.

Now add the boiled and mashed potatoes to it, mix well and remove from the stove in 2 minutes.

Next we need to prepare a batter. For that, take a bowl and add 1/4 cup of chickpea flour, corn flour, baking soda and turmeric tea and mix it. Add required water to it little by little and prepare a slightly thick batter.

Now take the potato mixture we had and make small potato balls.

Now let's take a pan again and put it on the stove and add coconut oil to it. After the oil is hot, spread the potato balls in the batter and fry them in coconut oil until golden.

So you can enjoy the deliciously prepared crispy potato bonda with a deliciously prepared coconut chutney. Potato Bonda with coconut chutney is a mouth-watering dish.
