Grass jelly is a food that is very similar to jelly or jelly which is processed directly by plant leaves in the form of grass jelly leaves which are rich in benefits for the body, especially to prevent various types of cancer in the body. Well, this plant was originally a plant that grows wild, but now many are cultivating it and processed into grass jelly.
Lots of grass jelly are sold in traditional markets and usually sold per kilogram, the selling price is very cheap, around Rp. 10,000. Now for processing, grass jelly is usually processed into coffee drinks or coconut milk drinks that are given ice, but this time I will process grass jelly to make a delicious and healthy dessert, namely grass jelly pudding.
Ingredient
2 sachets of jelly
1 panda leaf
1700 mg coconut milk
200 grams of sugar
100 grams of cocoa powder
Making Process
Step 1
Pour 2 sachets of gelatin powder into the cooking pan.
Step 2
Then add sugar. If you don't like sweet pudding, you can cook without adding sugar.
Step 3
Add cocoa powder, so that the color is beautiful and there is a chocolate aroma in your pudding
Step 4
Add thick coconut milk while stirring slowly, this is so that the sugar and cocoa powder dissolve
Step 5
Stir until evenly distributed until the chocolate does not clump in the coconut milk
Step 6
Enter a piece of pandan leaf and collect it so that it is easy to take after it is cooked.
Step 7
Then turn on the stove fire and cook the pudding, cook until it boils perfectly and while stirring so that the pudding does not clot.
Step 8
Then after cooked set aside into molds that have been washed first.
Step 9
Enter slowly until the dough runs out and wait until half hardened.
Step 10
Then while waiting to harden grated grass jelly with grated cheese or other. Then sprinkle neatly over the half-hardened pudding.
Step 11
Then wait for the pudding to really harden completely.
Results
For the results you will be surprised by the resulting layers of this pudding, you will see 3 layers of the bottom layer, the chocolate layer in the middle, and the grass jelly layer on top, very beautiful and tempting. The taste is also not inferior to the appearance of the combination of grass jelly which is really very real in this dish, grass jelly which has a texture almost similar to jelly that really blends with this taste is very delicious. Now for the chocolate and coconut milk, it's really good. This is one of the dreams of a successful family that makes them want to repeat it again and again.
