I'm making this for two children, so I've taken about 100 grams of dal and soaked it for about two hours to make a smooth paste. If you already have soaked dal, you can make it in about 10 minutes.

- First, we will make the paste. Be careful not to make it too thin or too thick. Take a jar, add the soaked chana dal, coriander leaves, and green chilies, and grind them into a paste.
- After making the paste, add salt to taste.
- Chop some coriander leaves, one green chili, and one onion finely.
- Now, heat a pan and lightly grease it with oil. Pour the batter and spread it evenly. Add the chopped onion, green chili, and coriander leaves on top, and cover it with a lid. You can make three to four small pancakes in one pan.
- Once one side is well-cooked, flip it to cook the other side on a low flame.
