Hello, friends greetings. Here is my recipe for meatless Monday. The noodles are made from cabbage. and stirred fried in vegetables
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of sliced carrot
1/2 cup red paprika sliced
1/2 cup of spring onion
1/2 cup soaked dried yellowlegs.
4 garlic cloves sliced
3 cm ginger sliced
1 onion sliced
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika powder
2 tbsp dried yellowlegs mushrooms
1/2 cabbage sliced
3 tbsp home made mushroom sauce.
few coriander leaves.
The avocado and broccoli for show.
Chopped garlic and ginger in slices,
Spring onion finely chopped.
Red bell pepper
Carrot
Cabbage sliced like noodles.
Powdered dried mushrooms.

After heating, a pan added 1.5 tbsp oil. when the oil got warm added garlic and ginger.
As soon as ginger garlic started to aromatic added onion and spring onion stirred until was translucent.
Stirred in paprika and carrot and cooked for about 2 minutes.
Mix the soaked mushrooms into the vegetables and stirred them nicely.
Seasoned with salt pepper, paprika powder, and dried mushroom powder.
added homemade mushroom sauce 1 tbsp.
Time for adding cabbage noodles.
Spread them over the vegetables and stirred thoroughly. tossed some coriander leaves in, And 2 tbsp mushroom sauce.
Covered and cooked them on low heat without water for around 5 minutes
.
Here is the result.
Good for those who are on a low-carb diet, have high cholesterol or trying to lose weight.
But I feel this is a good taste without any of those ingredients. one thing I forgot is some roasted sesame seeds to add in. But I added that later when was eating them.
