Yeah, Mushroooms are loaded with proteins. I also love Oyster mushrooms a lot since they are very flavourful when cooked. I also love paddy straw mushrooms, extremely popular in Vietnam,(which grows on moist dry-straws and smell like them) and enoki mushrooms which are juicy when cooked.
