Cooking is one of my hobbies, but usually I always cook with my beloved wife. This is because I am still not an expert in this field, there are many things I have to learn such as various recipes or what ingredients will be used in the process of a cooking menu.

On this occasion, I tried to cook Gule Rampoe vegetables (Aceh regional language) or also known as clear vegetables, but this Acehnese Gule Rampoe is very different from other regions. This is due to the choice of the type of material to be used, the selection of quality materials, the way of processing to serving it into a simple but very tasty and very good food for health.

I will share how to process this Gule Rampoe vegetable dish, here's how.

Materials used:
Melinjo Leaves 10 Sheets.
Orange Leaf 5 Sheets.
Long Beans 1 Bunch.
Papaya Leaf 1 Bunch.
Corn 1 Piece.
Chayote 1 Piece.
Green Chili 1 Ounces.
Vegetable Cabbage to taste.
Adequate Papaya Fruit.
Salt 1 Spoon.
Sugar 1 Spoon.
2 Liters of Water.

Making process :
Choose ingredients that are fresh.
Cut the ingredients as needed.
Then wash the materials to be used until clean.

Heat 200 liters of water to a boil, then add the ingredients you have prepared.
Add a tablespoon of salt and sugar. Cook until the vegetables are cooked, the vegetables look cooked when they are mushy or soft.

When it is cooked, serve the food into a food container and then serve it to enjoy.

Gule Rampoe typical of Aceh is a very popular food in Indonesia, this food is very easy to find in the area. The mixture of several vegetable ingredients in Gule Rampoe's food is very good for the health of the body if consumed properly.
