The two picture depicts before and after of my all berries themed yogurt smoothie I made to replace dinner for a couple of days now. Creativity could be the solution to several complex home problems like feeding dilemma, trying to cut some part of diet out, replacing some nutrients giving edibles which you might be reacting to(allergies). So this works for me as i try to not starve to death(lol), although I feel like a foodie anytime I share food or drinks blogs, but I am not. In fact, my feeding routine is so disciplined that only a few like me would go 0-1-0 daily meal routine for days in a row.
To mitigate that, sometimes I come up with some ingenious but healthy ways to catch up on nutrients without chunking up mass carbs. Not that I'm trying to lose weight, in fact i am trying to protect my shape hence normal meal routine is off for me. It works for those trying to shed weights too, I wouldn't know how effective that can be anyways.
So from my Healthy strawberry gift, I had made smoothies with some of it before they froze beyond fresh. Its a simple blend of plain Sour-sweet yoghurt, Strawberries and Date Syrup which replaced Honey. Healthy enough to give nutrients and without fear of amassing unnecessary calories to your body weight.
Without Strawberries, you can blend dozens of other things with yoghurt to make healthy smootie as you want, there's no rules as to what you can blend together to make yours.
Cheers!
